Can I use 1/4 chia seeds instead of flaxseed? I do the same thing and wow what a difference test it makes while eating.

This is so delicious! I’ve used a different recipe over the years, but it’s almost identical. I’ve added protein powder, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, chopped apricots, flax seeds, hemp seeds, chopped cranberries and even a scoop of mini chocolate chips. But not all at the same time – it’s really fun to change it up and do something different.
