The yoga routine introduces a series of poses that are collectively similar to the poses you might experience in a yoga class. Routines provide a sequence or flow to your yoga practice that allows you to coordinate your breathing with your movement. Along with conscious breath and movement, you will gain a greater sensitivity to your physical and energy bodies and the connection between them. This awareness is the essence of alignment.
